Qualifications required for application Those who graduated or will graduate from university, technical high school, or regular high school in March 2019

Types of jobs ■ Engineering jobs: R&D, design, production engineering, quality management, systems engineering, sales engineering, manufacturing
■ Administrative jobs: Sales, production management, procurement, general affairs, accounting
Initial salaries Graduate degree; 234,500 yen, university degree: 210,500 yen, technical high school degree: 185,500 yen, high-school degree: 162,000 yen (in 2017)
Employment status Regular employee
Allowances Commuting allowance (fully subsidized), overtime pay, managerial allowance, regional allowance
Raise in salary Once a year (in April)
Bonuses Twice a year (in July and December)
Work locations Fukushima-shi (head office or factory), Kawasaki-shi, etc.
Working hours 8:15 to 17:00 (7.75 hours per day); flextime available (core period: 9:45 to 14:00) (head office and factory)
Holidays ■ Saturday & Sunday (five-day workweek), Golden Week, summary holidays, Bon holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays (as per company calendar)
■ Number of annual holidays: 124 (in 2017)
■ Number of paid holidays: 23 in the first year of employment and 24 days thereafter
