in accordance with the Air Pollution Control Law; substances to which emission
standards are established and substances to be monitored in accordance with
the Water Pollution Control Law; substances regarding which industrial waste
management
standards are established in accordance with the Waste Management Law; or Type
2 specified chemical substances in accordance with the Chemical Substance Examination
Law) and whose carcinogenicity according to the “data on toxicity of PRTR-specified
chemical substances” issued by the Ministry of the Environment is Class
2 or higher and whose other toxicity is Class 1
