III. Delivery of the Guidelines

The Guidelines for the suppliers are delivered as following:

  1. The relevant department of KITASHIBA delivers the Guidelines to the objective suppliers.
  2. The relevant department of KITASHIBA delivers the Guidelines to the new supplier when the dealing with KITASHIBA starts.
  3. The relevant department of KITASHIBA communicates with the suppliers at every time when the Guidelines are revised.
